Refunds are available within 14 days of your most recent charge. A refund ends your subscription immediately and you lose access to whatever you paid for — including Founders Package perks if you held them. Founders status doesn't transfer back; once forfeited, the spot reopens for the next dealer in line. You can cancel anytime; we don't pro-rate the unused portion of a billing period.
You can keep going past your monthly allowance — each extra deal is billed at the overage rate for your tier. Free is $4.99 per extra deal, Solo and Pro are $1.99, and Team is unlimited (no overage). We always show the charge before the deal is finalized.
Yes. Electronic signatures are legally binding under the federal ESIGN Act and California's UETA. Each signed PDF includes an audit trail (timestamps, IP addresses, the chain of events) as part of the document. See our Terms of Service for the full consent language.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
Deal Lock turns a verbal agreement to buy or sell into a binding signed PDF in about 90 seconds. Hold Lock is for inventory consignments — a binding "hold this for me" with a grace period and clear release terms. Both lock down the agreement before money or merchandise moves.
Beta users can cancel anytime and we'll refund the most recent month if you used fewer than 3 deals. Once we exit beta we'll publish a clearer refund policy.
